Shigeo Tokuda, a former travel agent, is enjoying his ‘second life’ after retirement.  74-year-old Tokuda is a porn star.

‘I retired and didn’t have anything to do,’ says Tokuda, a former 9 to 5 travel agent. ‘This is my second life. I don’t know how long I can keep living, but I want to enjoy the rest of it.’

Gaichi Kono, an adult video director who has worked with Tokuda, says the actor is a superstar in his generation. ‘He encourages older people to think, I can do this because that old man can do this.’

Ruby Productions, the Japanese company that produces Tokuda’s movies, says it is targeting the elderly audience and is considering selling videos in retirement homes.

During the San Diego Comic-Con, Fox has premiered the first footage from the third ‘Futurama’ DVD that will be hitting stores on November 4th. The name of the new movie is ‘Futurama: Bender’s Game’ and in addition to the footage, the studio has also unveiled the poster, which could end up being on the cover of the DVD.

The description simply reveals that the Planet Express crew gets trapped in a fantasy world, but judging by the footage, it is more than that.
The next ‘Futurama’ DVD movie is Bender’s Game, a takeoff on Dungeons & Dragons, tentatively scheduled for Nov. 4, story co-creator David X. Cohen says.
‘It’s our first foray into fantasy,’ he says. ‘It’s visually spectacular.’
The fourth feature will be done sometime this fall and released in the spring, he says.
Remember, he says that release date is “tentative”, so it could be subject to change.”

Steve Ballmer talks Microsoft phones, sparks Zunephone rumor: “

This quote from a recent Steve Ballmer memo is being flung around gadget blogdom as potentially hinting at the reality of the long-rumored Zune Phone:

We’re changing the way we work with hardware vendors to ensure that we can provide complete experiences with absolutely no compromises. We’ll do the same with phones—providing choice as we work to create great end-to-end experiences.

I’m not really buying it. The theme of Ballmer’s email is the difference between Microsoft (choice) and Apple (end-to-end). Microsoft certainly does do things end-to-end with the Zune and 360, but this email was ostensibly about choice, and the preceding sentence makes clear that he’s talking about how they work with hardware vendors. This seems to be nothing more than a vague promise about continued improvement to Windows Mobile on many different hardware platforms, but has been bizarrely catapulted to Zunish zeitgeist by yesterday’s blog meme of mszunefan lasering off his corporate branding tattoos.

Or one, at least, hopes so… Microsoft must, at least, have the sense not to infect a possible iPhone competitor with the disastrous Zune branding.

Update: unwired has another Zunephone rumor, filled with unremarkable predictions like ‘It will run on Windows Mobile 7.’

STOCKHOLM, Sweden – Swedish airport staff were not amused when a team from a TV comedy show tried to check in a suitcase with a dwarf inside.
Employees at Bromma airport called police when the dwarf hopped out of the suitcase at the check-in counter.
Police soon found that it was a stunt being filmed by a hidden camera for a program on private TV network Kanal 5.
Police spokesman Mats Eriksson says airport staff decided against filing charges even though they were ’shocked and humiliated’ by Wednesday’s stunt.
Kanal 5 spokesman Dan Panas told Swedish news agency TT that the show was meant to be ‘provocative and entertaining.’
He said the stunt was not meant to make fun of little people, but to make entertainment out of ‘extreme situations.’”
